About Scott Parvin
Following a successful career as a Transportation Officer in the US Army, during which time he also completed his Bachelors Degree in Communication Studies at Sacramento State University in 1986, Mr. Parvin began work in the challenging field of private distribution and logistics in 1987. After serving as Regional Vice President for the western states for a large private distribution company, in 2000 Mr. Parvin began a new challenge in his career, with Professional Courier & Logistics, Inc., a thriving driver staffing company servicing California and Western Nevada. To further enhance his distribution options to his increasing customer base, Scott formed HB Express Transportation LLC in 2008 to help meet the growing demand for expedited delivery services throughout his area of immediate expertise, Northern California.
Today, HB Express provides a valuable and growing service to companies and government agencies, including same day expedited delivery, specialized home health care delivery services, ‘exclusive use drivers’ and trucking services. Scott resides in Vacaville, CA with his wife and son.
